Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Rang and Ruffles, we want you to love what you ordered. We understand that buying kids' and festive wear online can be tricky, and we're here to make it as easy as possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Not marked as Final Sale

To start a return, email us at info@rangandruffleskids.com with your order number and reason for return.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

We accept returns on custom and made-to-order outfits within 7 days of delivery, provided the item was made incorrectly or does not match what was agreed upon at the time of order. Please contact us at info@rangandruffleskids.com with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability. Since many of our items are limited quantity, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
