Our Return & Exchange Policy

At Rang and Ruffles, we want you to love what you ordered. Because many of our outfits are one of a kind or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including size or color preferences. This applies to both ready-to-ship and custom orders.

Before You Order
Please review the size chart on each product page. If you need help with sizing, colors, or your event timeline, email us at info@rangandruffleskids.com before placing your order and we'll gladly help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@rangandruffleskids.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
