Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order and custom outfits require additional production time. Processing time will be listed in each product description or confirmed after order placement.

Orders ship from Texas when available in stock. Some custom orders may ship directly from our production team overseas using DHL or another reliable courier.

Once an order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. Rang & Ruffles is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
